House Painting - EXTERIOR COLORS

Covenants reference Article VI - Section 21

The exterior of all improvements, includes without limitation, residences, constructed, erected, allowed, or maintained upon any Lot must be painted or repainted in a color within an approved palette as designated in writing by the Board and agreed upon by all POA members. The Palette may be amended from time to time by the Board with the approval of all POA members. The palette colors of choice are neutral earth tone colors.

It’s always a good idea to get paint swatches and samples before making your final selection.

When getting ready to paint your house, you must submit a modification request form with paint color choices to the ACC before beginning the project. Before painting or making any changes to the exterior of your home, you must receive approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
