The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for setting, maintaining and enforcing the community standards for any area of a lot or home. This includes things such as: house paint colors, landscaping, window treatment and other elements that affect the overall appearance of the neighborhood and are covered in the design standards. ​

The POA Board and ACC will issue maintenance letters as needed on areas of concern that need attention. You are required to take action as needed within an appropriate timeframe. It is important to contact the ACC if you are unable to take care of your concerns. It is the responsibility of the POA Board to ensure standards of the community are upheld.
